I'm Sorry I Turned Out the Way I Did
The work captures my fathers inhibitions by putting the viewer in his shoes. The title is something he told me once. He's sorry for a lot of things, many out of his control, but his attempts are evident in the marks left on his hands which I hoped to capture as accurately as possible. Carving and printing at this scale was a big part of the learning experience for me.
