Isaiah & I
The work explores the intimate interactions between partners, and how different shaped bodies fit with one another. While each body holds its own role within the relationship due to gender, age and race, visually the bodies either switch dominating roles or hold an equal weight in the interaction being photographed. These photos are a facet of a larger body of work that discusses the liberation of intimacy met with the physical consequences that women face when choosing to deter pregnancy or having a family.
