The Impact of Magnets on Plant Growth
The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of magnets on the rate of growth of three different plants. A Latin Square experimental design was used to evaluate the effects of three types of magnets (no magnets, pull force 14.74 lbs, pull force 35.69 lbs, and pull force 30.02 lbs) on three types of plants (asparagus, strawberries, and potatoes). Plant height was measured every other day to determine treatment impacts on the rate of plant growth. If the results of this show that the plants grow better in between the magnets this study could be used to help improve the efficiency of plant production.
