As student organizations continue to grow, change, and become an increasingly significant part of student life it is necessary to evaluate the impact of advisors on these organizations and their success rates. In this thesis data are collected through organization self-reports regarding organization operation and advisor evaluation. The data is then examied for correlations between the level of advisor involvement and organization success, as well as being examined for differences based on organization type. The results of this study will allow further reflection upon the role and impact of organization advisors. Results to be presented.
