The Effects of Administrative Support and Leadership Style on School Counselors' Job Satisfaction

The effects of administrative support and leadership style on school counselors' job satisfaction were examined in this research. School counselors in Missouri were e-miled by the researcher and asked to complete an online battery of surveys. Those surveys included the Job Satisfaction Survey, Principal Leadership Survey, and Administrative Support Questionnaire. The counselors were also asked to complete a short demographic questionnaire. Results will be presented.
