Alonso R. Miranda*, Charles B. Tomlinson, Seth Yockey, Jonathan M. Whitfield, and Alexander Kaizer
Dr. Scott Alberts, Faculty Mentor
The purpose of this project was to survey the student and faculty at Truman regarding the experiences with various IT services. Topics within the survey include: Blackboard, C-level Smart Classrooms, and general tech support. The statistical methods used to analyze the data will mainly be non-parametric due to the survey nature of the data. The results from this survey will then be compared to the results of in-house ITS surveys conducted in years past. The discussion will include an explanation of the survey instrument, an overview of the results, and a discussion on possible areas of improvement.
