Bret T. Day
Dr. Stephen Allen, Faculty Mentor

The objectives of the project are to identify project success criteria within the industrial ceramic industry. The outcome of this effort will benefit project managers in and out of the ceramic industry and may help in the identification of project success criteria within other fields related to ceramics. Preliminary investigation shows that there is little to no formal research on this subject therefore this project can gather data never before analyzed within this field. Dissemination of the results will be available to project managers and give them a better understanding of what needs to be done to create and manage successful projects within this industry. Success criteria identified and analyzed include; budget considerations, scheduling consideration, conforms to users and customer expectations, and managerial communication and support.
