This is a creative presentation that focuses on the art form of the altered book, specifically as an interdisciplinary subject within the realms of both art and literature. A visual and auditory reading of pieces from "Sketch Poems," a piece that intersects image and text to form a research in obliterature. The piece, influenced by different authors and artists, such as Mary Ruefle, Nina Katchadourian, Lisa Kokin, and many more will be accompanied by critical insight on the controversial art form.
