Continental Breakfast and Conference Program Books are available in the the Magruder Hall Cyber Cafe and the Violette Hall Lobby at 7:30 a.m. Registration is not required for session attendance; the entire campus community is invited and encouraged to attend.
The Student Research Conference coincides with the last day of the Annual Juried Student Exhibition. In the University Art Gallery, on the ground floor of Ophelia Parrish (OP 1114), outstanding student work will be on display in the gallery from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Complimentary refreshment breaks will be held in the main lobby of Violette Hall and the Cyber Cafe of Magruder Hall from 9:15 a.m.

A conference-wide reception will be held in the Georgian Room of the Student Union Building from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.The entire campus community is invited to attend to help honor and celebrate the scholarly and creative achievements of all students presenters and faculty mentors.
