États-Unis Versus France: Disparités des Affaires Criminelles Authentiques, et Leurs Procès Judiciaire
This capstone project explores how the legal systems in the United States and France handle high-profile true crime cases by comparing two pairs of incidents: JonBenet Ramsey and Gregory Villemin, and Chris Watts and Dupont de Ligonnès. By analyzing the investigative processes, media coverage, judicial procedures, and outcomes, this study highlights key differences in legal frameworks, public influence, and cultural perceptions of justice. The project aims to reveal how systemic contrasts shape the resolution of notorious crimes in each country.
