Effects of United States interventionism on well-being and political stability in Latin America

United States foreign policy affects not only governmental programs and bureaucracy but also the daily lives of citizens in other countries. To truly understand the development status and political stability- or lack thereof- of Latin American countries, one must examine the wide-reaching effects of interventionism within those societies. Using multiple indicators of well-being, the paper looks at how life is improved or worsened after the US intervenes in a developing country.
