Con otro Swing: Swing en 4 as a referent of Latin Jazz in Costa Rica

Swing 4 is an important Costa Rican group in the field of jazz in this country due to its mix of elements of Latin music with jazz standards. Their repertoire includes both original music for this type of group and arrangements of Costa Rican folk music made for this ensemble. In this presentation, the repertoire of this group will be analyzed, many of those compositions by the very same members of the group. A song from this group will be performed in addition to exemplify what is presented in the body of the project.
