Sexualizing Oppression? Portrayals of African American Women in 21st Century Interracial Pornography

Few cultural studies analyses, if any, of black females and white males in interracial 21st century pornography exist. This study will be a textual and historical analysis of 21st Century pornography involving black female and white male portrayals in the genre of interracial sex. The aim of this research is to reveal how racial depictions of black women in interracial pornography contribute to the social discourse that shapes the construction of black female identity and treatment in American society.
