Internet Purchasing: Reasons Why Consumers Shop Online

Internet Commerce is becoming more and more prevalent in today’s society. Retailers must understand the personal characteristics and opinions of shoppers that would make a consumer more likely to shop online. This study takes a closer look into the world of Internet purchasing. It answers the question, ‘Do shopping characteristics such as a concern for quality, appearance, price, time or perceived risk play a role in the decision to shop online?’
