The Wellness Series
The purpose of this program is to give Truman students the resources to improve their self-efficacy as it relates to physical and emotional wellness. There are three components to the study: an online, asynchronous nutrition week with information posted on The Wellness Series’ Instagram page, a scavenger hunt throughout Truman’s Student Recreation Center, and a yoga event. Participants are chosen using convenience sampling for all three components. All interventions are evaluated using pre/post tests. Universities could use evaluations from implemented wellness programs to help guide and tailor efforts towards students.
