 Members of the Bulldog Student Investment Fund (BSIF) will be pitching Medical Properties Trust (MPW) shares. MPW is a healthcare company with a significant pipeline that we think is a stable choice in an otherwise volatile sector. The BSIF analysts will present their valuation of MPW using qualitative analysis - investment thesis, Porter's Five, and SWOT - as well as quantitative analysis - multiples, dividend discount model, and a discounted cash flow model.
