Argonne National Lab (ANL) possesses an Advanced Photon Source for obtaining high-precision structural data. The trip to ANL allowed hands-on work with instruments unique to the facility, thus making it a rare opportunity for undergraduate students of any university. Discussion topics will include the experience of working at a U.S. Department of Energy laboratory.
