BSIF Retail Equity Analysis

By analyzing the retail sector of the stock market, we (five BSIF analysts) will determine if Kohl's stock is a good fit for our portfolio, valuing it at a "buy" status, or if it's valued too low to belong in our portfolio. We will evaluate the stock's valuation model, dividend discount model, cash flows, and earnings to establish its value in relation to our portfolio.
