Kyle E. Modde
Dr. Kathryn Brammall, Faculty Mentor
The conflict between Israel and the Palestinian people is one that has raged for decades. A bloody war has been fought over the land of Palestine since Israel's creation after World War II. A step towards peace was signed in the fall of 1993. Two proud men, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and President of the Palestine Liberation Organization Yasser Arafat, put aside their differences and shook hands in front of President Bill Clinton and the world. This presentation will outline the history of these two men and their paths to Oslo.
