"Aspects of The Astral": A Phenomenological Approach to Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics

The possibilities of the out of body experience are nearly limitless. Bruce's Astral Dynamics looks at the very mechanics of the consciousness. He explains that exiting the body is not something to fear nor is it a gimmick to be dismissed by those who disavow its existence. Through phenomenological lenses we can remap the metaphysical in a physical sense. This paper, then will focus mainly on how events such as astral projection, real-time projection, and lucid dreaming can be linked to the metaphysical and physical realms of existence.
