Compare Chinese Students in US in last century and present

Those Chinese students who came to US in last century(around 1980s) faced a strong competition in China. Finally, some good students got the opportunity to come to US. Actually, they did not have strong English foundation, so they were afraid to talk. It was limited their social activities. Additionally,they had some technology limited. But, they all had their own pursuit and hoped to get a higher level in education. While Chinese students in present, they have a good economic support from family and never afraid of lack of technical equipment. Facing new policy, there will be more Chinese students in US. Unfortunately, there are some problems existed with the increasingly number of Chinese students in US. What we should do to change this situation? Why we have to do?
