Apple Digital Lifestyle: Podcasting and iTunes U at Truman
Blake L. Larson
Dr. Nabil M. Alghalith, Faculty Mentor

Podcasting is the wave of the future in higher education. Apple offers a unique and free service called iTunes U that acts as a private university podcast server. Through iTunes U, users can download content to their Macs or PCs regardless of their location. They can then listen to and view content on their Mac or PC or transfer that content to iPod for listening or viewing on the go. In this work I discuss Apple technology innovation, podcasting in higher education, and address the feasability of iTunes U at Truman.
