The Fringe Experience

Katie Rose and Benjamin Knoll collaborated with three Truman faculty members in bringing an original script written by Assistant Professor Daryl Fazio to the professional stage at the 2005 Minnesota Fringe Festival. The show, Georgia Out of My Mind, was directed by Professor Joan Mather and performed by Assistant Professor Daryl Fazio and Associate Professor Becky Becker. In addition to the rehearsal process at Truman and the performances at the fringe, Rose and Knoll saw a wide variety of current, experimental theatre and art in Minneapolis. This experience has had a deep impact on their growth as theatre practitioners.
