Online Learning: An Individual Quest for Knowledge Outside of the Classroom
Darrell M. Williams
Prof. John Bohac , Faculty Mentor

This will be a discussion on the lengths that a student can go through to prepare themselves for using an art medium that they are familiar with but far from being proficient at. The information will be presented to show how to approach a subject from the stand point of having as much information as possible going in so that a student can feel prepared ahead of time. When interest in artwork created by an alternative medium, in this case airbrush, comes to the forefront for a particular semester, a student should be aware that they would need to learn this process on their own. I will present that valuable information that can be obtained from public sources such as forums and YouTube, to develop a students proficiency in a specific area, in particular, creating fine art with an airbrush.
