Intrapersonal Communication and Adolescent Substance Abuse Development

This presentation will present a theoretical overview of the socialization process that contributes to adolescent substance abuse initiation. The paper uses a developmental model to study substance abuse in a manner of reviewing how the interpersonal socialization process contributes to intrapersonal development.
