Kodaly Methodology: An Annotation of Sources for the New Elementary Music Teacher

The Kodaly Method is one of several European models of music education that has exploded in popularity in the United States. Since this methodology is so popular, there are vast amounts of resources available. This presentation will shed some light on who Kodaly was, what he created through a perceived need, and an in-depth look at several excellent sources and how they contribute to the beginning elementary music teacher.
